Georgia’s Home Energy Rebates are offered through the Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates program. The HEAR program offers rebates for qualifying households purchasing ENERGY STAR certified appliances, installation, insulation, and certain types of electrical work. These rebates are specifically for households earning less than 150 percent of their county’s Area Median Income (AMI).
